We do our best to make sure that everything you order from us is checked out prior to shipping. If you make sure to include a contact telephone number with your order we can get in touch if anything looks out of place before we ship.
We use a mixture of Royal Mail and Parcelforce depending on the size and value of your order. As a general rule, if your order will fit through your letter box we will use Royal Mail as they do not require a signature so you don't have to wait at home for a courier.
When you purchase goods from our website, you are protected by Consumer Laws which give you the right to return them for reasons which you do not necessarily need to provide. However, it is of great assistance if, when negotiating a return, you would be so kind as to provide a reason as it helps us to improve the accuracy of our descriptions so that in the future our customer will receive a better service. We would ask you to contact us before simply returning an item as often we can manage that return on your behalf, reducing your inconvenience and cost. Obviously, items such as reeds and strings will only be accepted for return subject to them not having been used. In these specific cases, we will consider any open packet of strings/reeds to have been used and your return will not be authorised.
